Join us for an intimate two-hour experience designed to slow things down, inviting you to explore the craft of matcha making alongside the creation of your own ceramic matcha spoon rest set.

Matcha Barista Experience (50 min)

Led by brut tea, a London-based, independent matcha and tea brand trusted by over 50 cafés and matcha bars across the city.

You’ll learn how to whisk and balance your drink with precision, developing an understanding of flavour, texture, and technique.

You’ll then prepare and enjoy two 12oz personalised matcha drinks, allowing you to experiment, compare flavour combinations, and discover your preferred recipe.

Flavours: Vanilla, Strawberry, Blueberry, Black Sesame
Milk: Cow’s, Oat, Coconut

You’ll leave with simple recipes to recreate your favourites at home.

Ceramics Session: Matcha Spoon Rest Set (60 min)

In this session, you’ll create a set of two ceramic matcha spoon rests - small, considered pieces designed to elevate your everyday ritual.

Using a curated selection of 21 refined colours, you’ll shape and finish each piece with subtle, personal detail. The process is guided yet open, allowing space for creativity without pressure.

No prior experience is needed.
